  1. To suggest that human cause is unnatural is to imply that humans are preternatural, or even supernatural. Perhaps I am being pedantic, but I believe that saving the world requires humans to accept their place in nature, and not as some god-favoured creation.


    • I yield to no one in my urging that humans are the result of natural processes, and subject to natural laws. But in the present context, you are being pedantic; the distinction here is between the effects of human agency, and those of processes that are not caused by us.
